When I couldn’t even recognize the familiar settings of my kitchen or understand where to store groceries, it was my instinct that finally kicked in, telling me to seek help. And in that critical moment, my body and mind worked together to direct me to my husband. This taught me to trust my instincts more and reinforced the importance of having a support system. It’s okay to lean on others when we’re not at our strongest – in fact, it’s often necessary.
